It’s Tuesday, and as usual our machines are running at full capacity. Among the number of products flowing thru the shop floor today, one that always catches my eye is the 2 piece Ultimate Axle Shaft yoke. It’s such a cool part, made entirely of billet chromoly steel. This shot was taken just moments ago, capturing our billet yoke “in-progress”. Still left is broaching, heat treating, and post-heat treating machining for those extra fine tolerances. Alright, back to work.
